Clarkson Grain Company Inc. is comprised of two business units, Clarkson Grain and Clarkson Specialty Lecithins.
For over 40 years, Clarkson Grain has been an industry pioneer in the production and supply of identity-preserved grains, oilseeds, and ingredients to food and feed companies around the world. Clarkson works with end users to identify, select, and supply hybrids, varieties, and traits that improve end-product quality, process yield, market access, and brand differentiation. supply chain is traceable and transparent, meeting demand for conventional, non-GMO, organic, regenerative, and customer-specific growing practices.
To deliver consistent quality, Clarkson works directly with farmers and offers premiums to grow what buyers want, the way they want it. Crops ship from Clarkson-owned facilities cleaned and ready to process, in bag or bulk, via truck, container, rail, barge, or vessel—365 days a year.
Clarkson Specialty Lecithins (CSL), founded in 2002, introduced the world’s first certified organic soy lecithin made without synthetic solvents. Today, CSL produces high-quality organic and non-GMO lecithins from soybeans and sunflower using only natural processing.
