About the role

Great opportunity for pharmaceutical, food & beverage or manufacturing technician to contribute to upstream processing division for vaccine production. As a fermentation technician you will:

Assemble & operate fermenters, single use bag systems, Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF)
Operate laboratory equipment: filter integrity testing machines, balances, pH meters, peristaltic pumps
Perform aseptic inoculations & passaging of culture
Complete relevant GMP paperwork 
Skills & experience

Commercial manufacturing processing skills e.g. food or beverage industry
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a GMP production facility (advantageous), 
Laboratory experience with media preparation and/or aseptic technique 
High degree of technical competence and scientific awareness.
