Description
Job Purpose and ImpactThe customer value specialist - McDonald's will ensure satisfactory of McDonald's customers' requirements and requests. In this role, you will be the key and primary contact for McDonald's from Cargill food safety, quality and regulatory function. You will be responsible for customer engagement and experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Customer document review and updates
- Customer complaint receiving and coordinating for investigation; CCR verification review and returning within timeline.
- Satisfy customer questionnaire, query, statement, certificate, etc. requests.
- Lead data and reports preparation, i.e. KPI, monthly reports, etc.
- Facilitate product and sensory panelist calibration; Lead ATCQ/BTCQ plans and sample submission.
- Engage and influence customers through meeting, reporting, and visiting to strengthen trust.
- Engage internal stakeholders to satisfy customers' expectation and to compete market quality.
- Facilitate internal team to deploy the new process and requirements from McD's
- Partner Plant to achieve customer KPIs, e.g. complaint targets, etc. Partner Commercial to support customer on-site quality visit & audit. Partner R&D to satisfy and comply NPD customer requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Good understanding of food manufacturing and food science
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Practical /pragmatic approach to problem solving and timely solution execution.
- Ability to lead, coach, engage teams.
- Be customer-focused and achievement-driven.
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working experience with McDonald's
- Deep knowledge to McDonald's poultry product and production
