Key Account Manager – Household Care, North America Are you looking for a role that combines your passion for sales, relationship building, identifying new opportunities, and empowering large CPG customers to achieve brand growth? If so, you could be our new colleague in household care. You’ll be a key leader on our sales team with responsibility for a diverse enzyme and microbial product. You’ll combine your talents for getting results and finding commercial opportunities with your grounding in the technical aspects of the household care (consumer laundry detergent) industry. As a motivated self-starter, you know the value of networking and enjoy working with North American and global counterparts to identify creative avenues to drive business growth. You can expect to travel up to 40% of the time, telecommute by operating from your own subsidized home office and report to NA headquarters in Franklinton, NC.  This flexible and exciting work environment allows for freedom and growth supported by a highly successful team and dynamic biotech innovator.  For the right individual, this is a fantastic opportunity for a career in an international, fast-paced environment with a large degree of responsibility and autonomy.   In this position you need to: - Have a university degree or equivalent qualification in business or science - Understanding of consumer packaged goods industry, particularly consumer detergent business preferred - Background in enzymes or selling of a value-added ingredient to a CPG in a B2B environment - Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience - Proven communication and presentation skills -Ability to correctly work within CRM, deliver upon sales targets, provide accurate sales forecasts, develop account and opportunity plans, and drive customer intimacy -Ability to lead through influence: You will head up a sales support team composed of R&D, technical service, and marketing counterparts without direct reporting relationship   Are you the next Zymer in our team?
